What it is
A facilitated team session built on Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team. We work the pyramid from the base up: trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and results, using your team’s real working dynamics rather than hypotheticals.
Where the Touchstone Workshop attacks a specific technical problem, this one strengthens the team that has to solve it. The two pair well: the same trust the workshop builds is what makes hard project conversations possible later.
