About
Brent Fields is SEQTEK’s president, and the leader most focused on the part of transformation that has nothing to do with code: people, process, and strategy. He joined SEQTEK in 2017 after nearly a decade in management consulting, and he runs the side of the business that makes sure technology actually changes how an organization works, not just what software it owns.
Brent's background is in organizational strategy and change. He spent seven years at The Addison Group as director of strategy and process improvement, then led management consulting at The Rowland Group, before bringing that discipline to SEQTEK. His focus areas, organizational leadership, change management, and aligning teams behind a single strategy, are exactly the gap most technology projects fall into. He is a certified Change Management Practitioner and has trained in leading digital transformation across people, data, and technology.
He holds an MBA in business management from Southern Nazarene University.
